Greece

All deliveries of our products in Greece are made through the General Post Office completely free of charge within 2-3 working days. Once the product of your choice is removed from our warehouses for shipment to you, a relevant email will be sent to you for your information.

Other information

You have every right to return the entire order or part of it, without necessarily having to specify the reason, assuming the shipping costs. If the reason for your return comes from a mistake of the company, cosi é undertakes to bear the shipping costs. Your return is delivered to us within 2-3 working days by the General Post Office and to 5-6 working days if the transfer is made via UPS. With any other shipping of your choice we do not bear any responsibility for the delivery times. After receiving and approving your return, the company will send you an informative mail within 6-7 days to inform you about how to resolve your issue.

To replace the products, where the company can not offer you, you must return the product and place a new order with the products of your choice again noting that it is a CHANGE!

Refund depending on how your order was placed your request will be processed within 8 days. You have the option of either returning money to a bank account or crediting the value of the product you returned in order to use it in your next purchase.

* For hygiene reasons cosi é does not accept returns on leggings, swimwear, bodysuits, tights and earrings.
